Main contaminants in compressed breathing air include: carbon monoxide CO, carbon dioxide CO2, oxygen depletion O2, oil mist VOC’s, water H2O, Nitrous gases NOx and Sulfur dioxide SO2.
|CO Clear™: it is a fixed carbon monoxide alarm which monitors for high levels of carbon monoxide from the compressors. With visual and audible alarm warnings to rising CO levels, the CO Clear™ is both easy to use and cost effective. This wall mounted analyser is designed to provide continuous ‘on line’ monitoring for the presence of CO in Breathing Air Compressor Lines.|
|ACG: multigas analyser, the ACG offers continuous ‘online’ monitoring of oxygen O2, carbon dioxide CO2, carbon monoxide CO, volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) and water vapour H2O. The ACG benefits customers as it offers online analysis rather than a sampling system. Sampling systems take samples of gas every 1 to 3 months and it is very costly and time consuming! Coupled with that you also have the issue of compressor failure in between the 1 to 3 months, if this happens you won’t know until the next batch of sampling occurs.
Using the ACG complies to EN 12021, BS8478, DEF STAN 68-284, US Navy Dive Manual and Navsea SS521-AK-HBK-010.
