  • Polypropylene depth media
  • Micron rating from 0.6 to 100µm
  • Extremely robust, capable of withstanding aggressive conditions

    •Aggressive chemicals, high / low pH
    •Physical factors (temperature, flow rate, differential pressure etc.)
  • Example application: particulate removal prior to sterilising filter buffers

PROCLEAR GF

  • Glass fibre depth media
  • Micron rating from 0.6 to 10µm
  • Highly retentive
  • High dirt-holding capacity
  • Example application: Clarification of bioreactor output prior to downstream processing

PROCLEAR GP

  • Glass fibre / polypropylene composite depth media
  • Micron rating from 0.5 to 0.6µm
  • Extremely retentive
  • High dirt-holding capacity
  • Assurance against particle shedding
  • Example application: Growth media pre-filtration

  • 0.1µm rated, sterilising grade
  • Integral, highly asymmetric PES pre-filter
  • Mycoplasma retentive, validated against Acholeplasma laidlawii
  • Broad-spectrum chemical compatibility
  • Designed for use in growth media filtration

PROPOR SG

  • Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane
  • 0.2µm rated, sterilising grade
  • Also available in 0.1µm and 0.45µm
  • High flow rates = smaller filter required / quicker processing time
  • High throughputs = larger batches
  • Low product binding = higher product yield
  • Broad-spectrum chemical compatibility
  • Low extractables = low leachables into drug product
  • Example applications: buffer filtration, final fill

PROPOR HC

  • Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane
  • 0.2µm rated, sterilising grade
  • Integral PES highly asymmetric pre-filter layer
  • High capacity, high dirt holding = high throughput with difficult to filter products
  • Broad-spectrum chemical compatibility
  • Example application: Growth media filtration

  • Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane
  • 0.2µm nominally rated, non-sterilising
  • Integral polyester pre-filter layer
  • Bioburden reduction
  • >5log reduction ASTM F838
  • High flow rates = smaller filter required / quicker processing time
  • Low product binding  = higher product yield
  • Broad-spectrum chemical compatibility
  • Example application: Chromatography or TFF pre-filtration

TETPOR PLUS

  • All fluoropolymer construction
  • Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane
  • Bioburden reduction and sterilising grades
  • 0.1um to 1.0um rated
  • Designed for sterilisation and particulate removal in aggressive solvent and oxidative applications
  • Ideal as vent filter on ozonated water systems.

TETPOR LIQUID

  • Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane
  • 0.1um to 1.0um rated
  • Designed for sterilisation and particulate removal in aggressive solvent applications

TETPOR AIR

  • PTFE Membrane
  • Sterilising filter
  • Validated by liquid and aerosol bacterial and viral aerosol challenge
  • Non-destructive integrity test data correlated to liquid bacterial challenge
  • High flow rates
  • Low pressure drops

HIGH FLOW TETPOR II

  • PTFE Membrane
  • Sterilising filter
  • Validated by liquid and aerosol bacterial and viral aerosol challenge
  • Non-destructive integrity test data correlated to liquid bacterial challenge
  • Very high flow rates
  • Very low pressure drops
  • Increased long-term resistance to SIP and high temperature than Tetpor Air

  • PTFE Impregnated glass microfibre media
  • Sterilising filter
  • Validated by bacterial and viral aerosol challenge
  • High flow rate
  • High temperature resistance
  • Not correlated to liquid integrity test (VALAIRDATA aerosol test only)
  • Glass fibre media may not be suitable in all applications

  • Validated by liquid and aerosol bacterial and viral aerosol challenge
  • Non-destructive integrity test data correlated to liquid bacterial challenge (Except water intrusion testing)

  • Nomex support materials allow continuous operation at very high temperatures
